A Letter From Our Coaches:

Future Panther Parents,

Not just football, but youth sports in general, are a great way to teach your children basic skills such as: teamwork, leadership, organization, responsibility, critical thinking, and how to perform under pressure. Which will all be useful skills in everyday situations as your child gets older. We look forward to coaching your child, and have your family involved with our program.

8/10/17- Sign up for all ages at Rager Field - 6pm
8/29/17 - pony/pee-wee weigh-in @ Optimist Club - 6:30pm
8/30/17 - midget weigh-in @ Optimist Club - 6:30pm

Practice with full equipment will begin Mon., 8/14/17, 5:30pm – 7:30pm.

Practice will be held Mon. through Fri., 5:30pm – 7:30pm, until school starts.

Practice will then be held Mon. through Thu., 5:30pm – 7:00pm

Games are generally held on Sun. afternoons. Some teams hold games on Sat. evenings.

Game times may vary based on age of child and location.

Weight limits are as follows:

Pee-Wees: 110 Lbs.

Ponies: 125 Lbs.

Midgets: 145 Lbs.

If your child is over the weight limit they may still participate in practice and try to get under the limit (based on group) by official weigh-in date (Aug. 30th for Ponies and Pee-Wees, and Aug. 31st for Midgets). At that time if they are still over the weight limit at that time or within 10 Lbs. of the weight limit the will be re-weighed at mid- season (week six, 10/11/16 at Ebenezer field). Children that are underweight but within 10 Lbs. of limit are still able to participate in both practice and games, but must be under weight limit at the time of second weigh-in. Children that are overweight at the time of the first weigh-in, may not participate in games, however may continue to practice until the second weigh-in. If they are under the weight limit at the time of the second weight-in, the child may then be able to play in games. If not, then they will be ineligible for the rest of the season.
